| The "Home Project" is a documentation of people in an environment which they feel illustrates the concept of "home" to them. A home isn't always a physical space. In these photographs, "home" is a transitional space. A shared time with a favourite person, animal, a community or the outdoors. Many people feel homeless, or are searching for a home. For some, "home" evokes a sense of security, and for others, displacement and sadness. When my "home" changed in 2006, I sought to create a new home in friends, the outdoors and my wonderful Toronto neighbourhood.
