Dharamsala, India, in 2003 and 2005. Persecuted by the Chinese, tens of
thousands of Tibetans live in exile in India, hoping to build community and
better lives. The TCV houses, educates and cares for Tibetan children whose
parents are often political prisoners or who have been killed by the Chinese
government.
